Political management has shown that it is crucial to encourage a democratic culture in order to strengthen the democratic institutions, values and practices. Even after two decades of democratic practices it is yet to take root in the society. Democratic way is a complex and long-term learning process. The strengthening of democratic culture thus needs ongoing education on values and practices such as liberty, justice, respect, negotiation, tolerance and solidarity. Since half of regions populations younger than 25 yrs of age, it is obvious that training them is the fundamental building block in the development of the process. Thus it is now evident that creating young leaders and teaching them the democratic process is the best way to keep the system alive.

Dispute resolution is a field where there are too many part-time mediators and arbitrators. This is a growing field which provides more and more opportunities for full time employment. Experience is required in the field of mediation; one has to tag along with well experienced mediators before starting independent practice. Arbitration on the other hand is a bit more difficult than mediation. There is an increase in opportunity for full time employment for aspirants. Most of these jobs are in public sector, with the federal government. Today the field of dispute resolution and arbitrations are growing but to succeed in it requires good business planning, networking and last but not the least plenty of patience.
