Dispute resolution is a field where there are too many part-time mediators and arbitrators. This is a growing field which provides more and more opportunities for full time employment. Experience is required in the field of mediation; one has to tag along with well experienced mediators before starting independent practice. Arbitration on the other hand is a bit more difficult than mediation. There is an increase in opportunity for full time employment for aspirants. Most of these jobs are in public sector, with the federal government. Today the field of dispute resolution and arbitrations are growing but to succeed in it requires good business planning, networking and last but not the least plenty of patience.

Reading Habit

Cultivating reading habits in children is a very important activity. Reading a book is a basic right of every child, young person and human being. Opening a book lets the imagination soar to unknown heights, words in the books touch the senses and spark the desire to know and think. Reading is the key that opens minds eyes. It is important that reading be included in the educational agenda. Early learning habit has to be cultivated to awaken language skills. It is mandatory that children are taught reading skills from an early stage so that it continuous throughout their life.
